Dreams help us recognize patterns of our personalities and communications from the depths of our being to give us guidance in our lives. When one person shares a dream in the group it becomes each persons dream. As group members share in the format "If it were my dream or in my dream..." we open to multiple meanings and the experience of our shared humanity. These multiple meanings help the initial dreamer gain deeper understanding of their dream.
