2019 Late Summer-Winter Focus: Real Will
Surrender to the truth and open to what you are experiencing right now. On the one hand we effort to make things happen, to get what we what and on the other, we hopelessly collapse under the weight of shame and despair, giving up. Will is the antidote, the place inside where we trust in ourselves to do what needs to be done.
Explore and play with your relationship to real will, willfulness and will-lessness through the subtle energy system of the Sufi white latifa, the science of Polyvagal theory, and SoulWork.
“If we presume to know the roots of society’s suffering, but do not know our own, we do not know anything at all. If we refuse to see suffering’s inner origins, we will never heal the outer symptoms. If we awaken to these inner origins, we will become a healing force.” The Activist’s Tao Te Ching
