Expanding Aliveness & Letting Go: SoulWork & Breath Training

Creating a vessel that can hold us to be fully awake to our inner and outer life is the induction part of SoulWork.  During this training we will focus on embodiment and breath.  SoulWork explores our inner relationships with the many parts of ourselves that create our inner world and influence our daily lives in the outer world. 

Dates:  Sept 13, Oct 4th & 25th, Nov. 22nd, Dec. 13th  Sundays  10am-11:30am PST on Zoom. 

The training includes three personal SoulWork sessions to work with the blocks to enlivening and letting go (1-1.25 hours) + group practice in between online trainings.
