Treatment recommendations include 1) unplugging from the news, 2) spending time with friends and family and community, 3) increasing your CBD intake, 4) finding people who inspire you to move to greater random acts of kindness and senseless acts of beauty, 5) remembering you are a focalization of the entire cosmos and drop into the spirit of your depths moving away from the chaos of spirit of the times, 6) contemplative practices to help you ground, center and experience the interconnection and interdependence of all life.
Earth Breath: Exhaling through your nose, allow your breath to sweep through your body and then going down into the earth removing impurities worries fears. As you inhale through your nose bringing the force of cohesion, of gravity to help you integrate, to become cohesive. In alchemy this is bringing the force of coagulation, of the earth element. Hold the breath for a moment letting your thoughts stop, feeling all of your body and it’s solidity, resilience and ground. I recommend doing this in nature, perhaps in bare feet, as you exhale letting your knees bend as you inhale letting your body rise, allowing a slow rhythmic wave motion.
